Talent Analysis
Analyze public GitHub, Google Scholar, and LinkedIn profiles.
Use Talent Analysis to research a known person's public record. Start at Search > Skills > Analysis or open the standalone analysis site.
Choose a platform and input
| Platform | Input | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| GitHub | Username or profile URL | Public projects, code activity, languages, and contributions |
| Google Scholar | Scholar name or profile URL | Papers, research themes, citations, and collaboration |
| Name or personal profile URL | Public professional background, skills, and experience |
Prefer an exact profile URL. When name search returns several candidates, verify identity first. Do not combine different people's records when names, institutions, or platforms disagree.

Cards vary by platform. A summary inside Search can lead to the full analysis page. Projects, papers, contribution records, and sources provide better verification than a single rating.
This is distinct from the new search-page candidate profile: inputs, cards, and pricing are not interchangeable. Limited public data means incomplete analysis. Career, compensation, influence, or similarity estimates should not be the sole basis for hiring or compensation decisions.
